Onsite Evaluations
During our onsite evaluations, we will take a detailed inventory of all lighting in the project’s scope. This includes the number of fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls/occupancy sensors, and more, for both interior and exterior spaces.

Rebate Identification & Procurement
We are a proud partner with the NJ Clean Energy Program and a ConEdison participating contractor. This means is we can offer all our clients substantial rebate incentives to help fund their projects. Manufacturer & Labor Warranties
All our products come with fully enforced manufacturer warranty periods which will range from three to 10 years depending on final product selections. Our complimentary one-year labor guarantee will cover any deficiencies that may arise within that time period. We also have extended labor warranty options that can be factored into initial project costs to provide labor warranties for up to 10 years.

With lighting accounting for up to 80% of a facility’s energy consumption, the transition to LED lighting can result in energy savings of 60-90%.
